Totally different, however, is the result when two similar disease meet together in the organism, that is to say, when to the disease already present a stronger similar one is added. In such cases we see how a cure can be effected by the operations of nature, and we get a lesson as to how man ought to cure.

ஒத்ததன்மையுள்ள இரண்டு நோய்கள் ஒருவர் உடலில் இணைந்து சந்திக்கும்போது , அதாவது ஏற்கனவே உள்ள பழைய நோயை விட வலிமைவாய்ந்த புதிய நோயொன்று தோன்றும் போது ஏற்படும் விளைவு முற்றிலும் வேறுபட்டதாக இருக்கிறது.அத்தகைய நிலையில் இயற்கையின் இயங்குமுறையால்(இயக்கத்தால்) நோயை எவ்வாறு குணம் செய்கிறது என்பதைப் பார்ப்பதுடன், அதன் மூலம் நாமும்  எவ்வாறு மனிதர்களைக் குணப்படுத்தலாம் என்ற பாடத்தையும் கற்றுக்கொள்ளலாம்
